4 men with huge plans

Just a quick introduction, we are Neil Green, Kevin Bryant, Nick Saxton & Gary Robinson and we've been organising the Skegness bike Ride for over a decade now. Neil lost his Dad to Cancer in 2001 and was keen to raise some money to thank the great work and support offered by Hospice. It left us with such a great feeling of being able to help, that we decided to continue this every year with the aim of raising money for different local charities each year.

Your safety is paramount

The local authorities and emergency services require us to produce a comprehensive Event Management Plan. This helps ensure we have considered all reasonable risks and have prepared appropriately. On the reverse of your registration number there will be our support car numbers and space for you to write the contact details of your next of kin and anything the medics need to be aware of should you need treatment. If you want us to, we will get your bike back to Annesley ready to collect on Sunday. We will wrap your bike in bubble wrap to protect it and it will be loaded into a large van. Please note, although we will do our upmost to protect your bike, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit.

With you all the way

The ride is a challenge, but the reward is great. 82 miles from Linney in Mansfield, Nottingham to the sea front promenade at sunny Skegness. Along the way, you'll see regular planned stops where support cars offer refreshments such as water, juice, fruit and chocolate. All support vehicles are in regular contact with each other and will monitor riders throughout.
